Meet the Art

Peter Le Floch, a New York and Connecticut based artist, is known for his depictions of the conscious experience. Peter’s symbolic interpretive paintings entice the viewer to join him on a search for things felt but rarely seen. His love for philosophy, neuroscience, and physics play a fundamental role in the creation of each work. Studying in the Industrial Design Department at Partt Institute in Brooklyn , Peter grew a new passion for the use of different materials and mediums to solve problems. “If a director told a love story the same way they as a thriller the meaning behind the message would be lost. I see the choice of materials in much the same way. Oil paint evokes a different emoyional response than acrylic paint, spray paint, or resin, and the combination of these materials can help build each visual experience I work towards.” This emerging artists work has been exhibited from Art Basel in Miami, to locations on Madison Avenue in Manhattan and is held in many private collections as well.
